Making College Happen, What You Need to Know to Pay for College

Based on the popularity and reader feedback from my first publication, Making College Happen, The Realties of Coping with College Costs, I was encouraged to write a revised and expanded version titled- Making College Happen, What You Need to Know to Pay for College. 

My goal was to simplify things even further for those overwhelmed and confused by information overload and misinformation. It also includes additional material about pre- and post-graduation events leading to gainful employment and manageable debt.  During this adventure, readers can follow a logical path to better understand how to communicate with their families, plan for campus visits, learn to evaluative and appeal financial aid awards while setting realistic and attainable goals.     

During my many years as a financial aid consultant, I recognized that families needed objective advise without being pressured into making costly emotional decisions that can be overwhelming. This book is is not about how to complete forms but to explain and analyze the accuracy of your information and potential impact on your finances. Then it offers more realistic solutions during the decision-making process. 

I am proud of both publications especially knowing that my advice helped hundreds of families from different financial backgrounds like yours.
